Maybe a value checkbox or something can be added to deck when they are added that will add a visual indicator like a small corner icon or letter for alternative variants of decks like gilded, mini, misprint, prototype etc. so users can see, at a glance, from the search results or deck browser, which version they are looking at where the image isn’t enough.

This will help prevent people adding the wrong version of a deck to their collection.
