I think what you're asking for exists - but maybe just isn't obvious - If you go to Browse->Decks - it takes you to a page that lists decks by 'date added' - or more directly if you just go here: https://playingcardhub.com/decks - it's basically the search results page if you search for 'nothing' - is this helpful?
